ECDC employs five Graduate Assistants who work with the Master Teachers to plan and implement our curriculum. They are usually pursuing a graduate degree in Education or Child Life, and work 20 hours a week in the mornings. They typically stay with us for two semesters and use the valuable experience they gain at ECDC in their program internships after they leave us.
